Michael has a firm foundation in various components of Real Estate Development. He graduated from USC, earning his Bachelors of Science in Real Estate Development, with a Minor in Construction Management. He further earned a Masters of Science in Project Management. While a student Michael interned with various organizations in several areas of real estate including, homebuilding, commercial brokerage, general contracting, and commercial development. Stirling provides the perfect setting for him to utilize and further develop the knowledge and skills he gained in his time at USC and during his internships.
As Assistant Development Manager, Michael is responsible for supporting various design and engineering consultants, managing project schedules and budgets, and maintaining communication with government entities. Michael enjoys the complexity and problem-solving nature in real estate development. He understands that it takes a team to be successful in development, and is thankful to be surrounded by team members who are proficient in their fields and willing to collaborate. Michael has a strong work ethic and is a team player.
Michael was a member of the USC Trojans football team, and still enjoys exercising, running, and playing sports. In his spare time he can be found at the beach with friends, bodysurfing, or playing spikeball. Michael also enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife and their families.
