Stirling’s unique culture and the opportunity to dig in to multiple projects are the reasons why Andrea chose to join the real estate firm. On a day-to-day basis Andrea relishes how much she is encouraged to get involved in almost every aspect of Stirling’s development and business ventures. Having an active role working with the executive team on all forms of transactions, Andrea is involved from the beginning to end of transactions, starting from the due diligence process, working with title and escrow, lease coordination for new and renewing tenants, and financing.

Although transactional work keeps Andrea very busy, her plate is also full with guiding Stirling’s marketing-related activities for the entire portfolio. From coordinating press release distributions and website updates to planning and executing marketing events, Andrea is happiest when she’s hard at work and provided with new challenges. Throughout her career, Andrea has placed a high value on interpersonal connections. Her study of psychology at the undergrad and graduate levels with a research concentration in decision making processes along with her experience as a certified mediator helped guide Andrea’s great value for relationships in business dealings.

Her previous experience includes having worked for one of the nation’s largest industrial REITs as Operations Coordinator for its Western Region. She has also worked for other regional firms in the industrial, hospitality, residential and retail markets. This broad range of experience has proven to be an asset in her ever-changing role at Stirling much to the benefit of the firm’s tenants, partners, and team members.

When Andrea is not interacting with brokers or overseeing the latest Stirling marketing initiative, she can be found at the dog beach with her two darling Boston Terriers, at the driving range practicing her golf swing, trying out new restaurants, or spending time with family and friends.
